SUMMARY:Trans Solidarity Rally

Come join together with the diverse members of the trans and gender non-conforming communities from all across the gender binary to celebrate the beauty of diversity on Trans Visibility Day on March 31st from 2 to 4:30 PM. We welcome people to bring signs to hold up (no sticks please\, per city rules) followed by time for socializing and snacks at a nearby venue (to be announced soon). #transthriving #visibility #transsolidarity \nhttp://www.proudout.com/po-event/trans-solidarity-rally/

SUMMARY:Greylock Together Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Sunday April 8th\, Greylock Together will meet from 3-4:30PM in the Eclipse Mill Common Room on the first floor.  Parking in best in the East Lot. \nAside from updates and discussion\, Richard Pree and Davio Danielson of the CCL/Climate Action Network will present on the Carbon Fee and Dividend proposals in the MA House and Senate.  Richard’s been deeply involved with the Citizen’s Climate Lobby for some years\, and has made the trip to DC to lobby Congress on setting a carbon dividend.  Davio has a public health background and years of international experience with the Peace Corps both as a volunteer and staffer. His work on climate change spans two decades and legislative activity with many organizations\, most recently CAN (Climate Action Now). \nThey both attended the CCL conference of the Northeast states at U Mass recently to get updated on progress and ways to reach out to folks about the urgency of taking action to reverse climate disruption. They hope to apply local pressure on John Barrett and get him on board.  Gail Carriddi was very supportive and engaged\, better reflecting the values we all perceive in our district. \nPlease come join us!  Its a valuable 90 minutes to spend on being politically engaged!
